A senior Purchasing Advisor at the Dutch Emissions Authority (NEa) connects internal needs with the executing procurement organization to ensure purchasing processes are lawful, effective, and efficient. The role involves evaluating procurement needs against existing framework agreements or initiating new tender procedures, while advising on financial and organizational consequences. You will act as a thought partner and team coordinator, driving professionalization of the ordering process and managing supplier contacts and contract renewals.
