As a Senior Advisor, Major Shutdown, you will provide expert oversight on unplanned emergency plant shutdowns and planned area shutdowns while driving the execution of OPEX projects like the Wet Plant Reinstatement program. This role involves establishing global shutdown management systems, ensuring safety and cost compliance, and coordinating diverse teams within Rio Tinto QMM's demanding industrial environment. You will be responsible for delivering detailed shutdown plans and continuously improving operational processes to support mine development.
