The Senior Advisor, Corporate Performance and Prioritization will lead the development and maturation of enterprise-wide performance measurement frameworks, KPI governance, and prioritization processes for the AGCO. Working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, the role translates strategic objectives into measurable outcomes, supports annual strategic planning, and provides data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making and continuous improvement.
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is the provincial regulator that oversees Ontario’s alcohol, gaming and horse racing sectors and administers retail cannabis licensing. It issues licences and permits, sets rules and standards, monitors compliance, and enforces regulations to protect public safety and ensure the integrity of regulated industries. AGCO provides online services (iAGCO), guidance, policies, registries and resources for businesses, licensees and the public. Stakeholders rely on AGCO for transparent, consistent oversight and licensing across Ontario’s alcohol, gaming and related markets.
