Senior Advisor Gender-Based Violence

This role provides specialist, trauma-informed support to students and staff impacted by gender-based violence while guiding colleagues and influencing safer practices across the University’s Safer Community Program. The position involves assessing risk, connecting community members with specialist services, and delivering capacity-building workshops to strengthen institutional responses. It requires applying national codes and risk frameworks within a complex, values-driven setting to deepen expertise and contribute to continuous improvement.
