The Senior Advisor, Strategic Planning provides strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of AGCO's strategic planning, corporate performance, and integrated business planning frameworks. Working closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams, the role offers strategic advice, performance insights, risk‑based analysis, and evidence‑informed recommendations to support decision‑making and achieve long‑term objectives.
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is the provincial regulator that oversees Ontario’s alcohol, gaming and horse racing sectors and administers retail cannabis licensing. It issues licences and permits, sets rules and standards, monitors compliance, and enforces regulations to protect public safety and ensure the integrity of regulated industries.
