Senior Aerothermal Analysis Engineer

The Senior Aerothermal Analysis Engineer will define aerothermal environments for the CarryAll vehicle across its full flight envelope, combining high-fidelity CFD, engineering methods, and test data to drive thermal protection system sizing and structural design. This role involves setting up high-enthalpy flow simulations, bridging gaps with fast engineering heating methods, and automating environment generation to support rapid design iterations. The engineer will collaborate with GNC and hardware teams to ensure vehicle safety and performance across multiple reusable missions.
