Senior Agentic Workflow Engineer

As the lead architect and builder for HRS's AI agents and agentic workflows, you will define multi-agent architecture and development standards while delivering production-grade solutions for sales and customer success teams. This role involves designing orchestrator frameworks, implementing governance and guardrail systems, and mentoring mid-level engineers to ensure reliable, well-governed product delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders to scope use cases and partner with platform engineers to establish secure enterprise data access protocols.
