About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents integrated within a Microsoft Fabric environment. This role involves working with Microsoft Copilot technologies and OpenAI APIs to create scalable enterprise-grade AI solutions that automate workflows and enhance business operations. The position requires hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, enterprise data integration, and secure cloud-based AI deployments.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and OpenAI APIs
Integrate AI agents with Microsoft Fabric infrastructure including OneLake and Power BI
Build multi-step agent workflows for data retrieval, task automation, and conversational interactions
Develop secure API integrations with enterprise systems and implement RAG architectures
Optimize AI agent performance, reliability, latency, and cost efficiency while ensuring governance standards
