About this role

The Senior AI Engineer joins Procore's Evals & Goldsets team to measure and improve the quality of AI agents for the construction industry. This role involves building and maintaining systems for production tracing, online LLM judges, and offline evaluation benchmarks. The engineer will partner with data and ML teams to enhance eval speed, cost-efficiency, and trustworthiness while turning production traces into actionable feedback loops.
