PAR is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate a production-grade, multi-tenant AI platform on AWS. This role focuses on orchestrating LLMs, deploying multi-agent systems, and establishing governance frameworks to enable scalable AI solutions for their restaurant technology portfolio. The engineer will serve as a technical cornerstone, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure performance, security, and seamless developer experiences.

Responsibilities

Design and build production-grade GenAI microservices and multi-agent workflows
Operate automated content ingestion pipelines with embedding models and vector storage
Implement multi-tenant isolation and policy-as-code governance frameworks
Build internal AI SDKs and developer tooling for agent authoring and deployment
Define evaluation suites and establish quality thresholds for AI agents
