About this role

Elastic is hiring researchers to build Search Foundation Models (embeddings, rerankers, and retrieval systems) as part of a small, high-output team that ships models and publishes research. The role focuses on advancing architectures, scale/efficiency, multilingual and multimodal retrieval, and training production-grade models. Team members are expected to contribute code, experiments, and papers while working in a distributed, collaborative environment.
