Senior AI Security Researcher

The Senior AI Security Researcher at Alice will be the first AI security researcher on the product team, focusing on securing AI apps, agents, and models from development to production. This role involves researching emerging agent risks, building test environments to prove vulnerabilities, and shaping the Alice platform with new guardrails and red-teaming tests. The position also requires sharing findings with sales, marketing, and threat intelligence teams to help explain new risks to customers with proof-backed evidence.
