NVIDIA is hiring AI Software Engineers to develop and expand its open-source GenAI Frameworks (Megatron Core and NeMo) for large language and multimodal foundation models. The role supports building scalable, cloud-native tooling across the model lifecycle — from pretraining and fine-tuning to evaluation and deployment — for researchers and developers. Engineers will contribute to making the frameworks performant, extensible, and user-friendly.
