Tyndall National Institute
The Senior ALD Process Engineer will provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in developing, optimizing, and operating Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) processes for emerging materials and next-generation semiconductor devices. This role focuses on establishing robust, scalable ALD processes, maintaining tool operation, and translating materials concepts into controlled deposition processes within a semiconductor fabrication environment. The position involves process development, experimentation, characterization, and troubleshooting while mentoring researchers and engineers.
