Senior Ambassador

The Senior Ambassador role is part of San Francisco's "Breaking the Cycle" initiative, deploying specialized teams to provide community engagement, de-escalation, safety presence, and connections to care for individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health crises. The position focuses on promoting safer environments, stabilizing incidents, and creating positive outcomes through trauma-informed rapport building and service coordination. This temporary, grant-funded, part-time role is employed by Heluna Health.
