Senior Analog and Digital Hardware Engineer

This role provides technical leadership across the entire product lifecycle, from requirements definition through sustainment, for mission-critical hardware solutions. The position involves leading the design, analysis, and integration of analog and digital circuits for harsh-environment applications while ensuring compliance with military and aerospace standards. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, optimize engineering tradeoffs, and mentor engineering talent.
