Senior Analyst, AML/ATF Modeling and Analytics (12-month contract)

The Associate Manager, AML/ATF Modeling and Analytics leads the development and optimization of AML models that support Equitable Bank’s enterprise-wide AML/ATF program. The role focuses on managing and enhancing models for name and payment screening, transaction monitoring, and customer risk scoring. It operates in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and requires close collaboration with compliance, risk, business, and technology teams. The position reports to the Associate Director, AML/ATF Modeling and Analytics and is based in Toronto in a hybrid work arrangement.
