Senior Analyst, Business Controls

This role is on SoFi’s Business Controls team within the 1st Line of Defense, supporting the Crypto Business Unit by driving consistent execution of 2LOD risk management programs (RCSA, issue management, supplier risk management, and control testing). The position partners with risk and process owners, supplier relationship owners, and 2LOD to identify risks, provide control guidance, support issue remediation, and contribute to control testing. It requires an independent, detail-oriented professional who can synthesize processes and data and help maintain a strong control environment.
