Senior Analyst, Derivatives Operations

The Senior Analyst, Derivatives Operations role supports PGIM Derivative Operations by assisting with day-to-day post-trade activities for derivative products, including FX, futures, options, swaps, and other cleared, bilateral, and exchange-traded instruments. The position helps validate trade activity, monitor confirmations, settlements, clearing, reconciliations, collateral and margin workflows, and resolve routine exceptions. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with internal Operations partners, Trade Support, custodians, clearing brokers, broker-dealers, and counterparties to support accurate and timely derivative operations processing.
