Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation

The Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation supports the design, implementation, testing, and adoption of future-state finance processes and enabling technology, with an immediate focus on the ERP Modernization program and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. The role partners with Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Operations, IT, Internal Audit, external advisors, and implementation partners to translate business needs into clear requirements, process designs, test evidence, controls, data validations, reporting needs, training materials, and measurable outcomes. This position independently manages assigned deliverables, identifies cross-process impacts, challenges incomplete or inconsistent designs, and escalates risks with fact-based recommendations. The role requires strong financial acumen, disciplined documentation, analytical problem solving, and the ability to build productive relationships across technical and nontechnical teams.
