About this role

A member of the Rebate Engagement team responsible for managing client contractual rebate, reporting, payment, and reconciliation deliverables and coordinating financial projects and initiatives related to client contracts. The role serves as a client-facing facilitator who partners with internal account, finance, sales, trade and reporting teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and high-quality outcomes are delivered. Success is measured by client satisfaction, reduction in escalations, and effective communication with senior leadership. The position offers visibility into senior leadership and requires driving issues to resolution and continuous process improvement.
