About this role

This role serves as a key financial partner to Research & Development and General & Administrative teams, translating financial and operational data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The position involves owning budgets, forecasts, and workforce planning while collaborating with business leaders to optimize resource allocation and improve efficiency. Reporting to the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, the analyst will actively participate in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
