Senior Analyst, HRIS

Aven Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Senior Analyst, HRIS to support the configuration, testing, and day-to-day performance of the Workday environment, with a focus on Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll. This role serves as a key internal Workday resource for the global team responsible for building, configuring, troubleshooting, and continuously improving these modules. The position reports to the Senior Manager, HRIS and supports the organization's HR technology.
