Senior Analyst, Internal Controls

The Senior Analyst, Internal Controls will proactively engage stakeholders to implement the VF SOX program and manage risk within the Shanghai office. This role involves evaluating internal controls over financial reporting, identifying deficiencies, and leading remediation efforts to ensure compliance with Section 302/404 requirements. The position requires partnering with internal controllership and digital technology teams, as well as external auditors, to maintain process documentation and drive continuous improvement.
