Senior Analyst, LATAM Payroll

Fanatics is seeking a Senior Analyst, LATAM Payroll to serve as the subject matter expert for payroll operations across Chile, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, and Panama. This role ensures statutory compliance, manages end-to-end payroll processing, and coordinates with local vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate reporting and system integrations. The position requires deep expertise in regional payroll processes and proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM, ActivPay, and ADP Celergo.
