The Senior Analyst, OON Dispute Analytics and Reporting supports the out-of-network provider liability operating model by developing analytics, reporting, and market intelligence to inform negotiation strategy and dispute outcomes. This role integrates data from multiple sources to build reporting dashboards, produce actionable insights, and translate financial and operational data into recommendations. The position serves as the primary analytics partner for pre-IDR negotiation, federal and state dispute processes, and provider-level OON liability management.
