The Senior Analyst, Operations Planning at ALO translates business strategy into operational readiness across the Distribution & Logistics network. This pivotal role enables mindful movement by aligning demand forecasts, promotional strategies, and growth initiatives with capacity, labor, and fulfillment plans. The analyst partners with Supply Chain and Operations teams to evaluate risks and position the network for scalable growth and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Translate sales forecasts into operational capacity and fulfillment requirements.
Build scenario models to evaluate trade-offs across service levels and network constraints.
Identify operational risks and propose mitigation strategies for network scalability.
Align cross-functional stakeholders on marketing, inventory, and planning priorities.
Monitor key performance KPIs to continuously refine forecasting assumptions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, or Analytics roles
