About this role

A Senior Quality & Business Intelligence Analyst at Dana-Farber leads the design and delivery of analytics solutions to measure quality, safety, and value across the institution. Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance and Analytics, this role manages external regulatory reporting, builds robust dashboards, and collaborates with clinical teams to drive data-driven decision-making and patient safety improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of quality and performance analytics solutions
Partner with stakeholders to define measures and align reporting to organizational goals
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms for quality outcomes
Manage external quality regulatory and pay-for-performance reporting deliverables
Mentor colleagues within the division to advance team analytical capabilities
