About this role

The Senior Analyst, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting is a key hands-on contributor to the accounting team, responsible for preparing and coordinating deliverables for the Company's quarterly and annual reporting cycle. This position plays a key role in bridging activities from accounting operations to external reporting, including recording journal entries, preparing reconciliations, and drafting portions of the Company’s 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings release. The role requires close collaboration with internal business partners to support the growth and scalability of the organization.

Responsibilities

Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings including 10-Q and 10-K documents
Conduct technical accounting research and prepare position memos for complex matters
Maintain SOX-compliant internal controls and enhance accounting policies
