About this role

The Senior Analyst, Software Asset Management (SAM) supports the management of enterprise software assets, vendor licensing, and compliance across the organization. This role maintains accurate license records, supports software renewals and true-ups, and identifies opportunities to mitigate licensing risk and optimize costs. The position reports to the Director, Value Management and partners closely with Data and Technology, Procurement, and Business teams.

Responsibilities

Manage enterprise software vendors and licensing activities across multi-million-dollar portfolio
Maintain accurate software entitlement, consumption, and asset records in ServiceNow SAM Pro
Analyze software usage and licensing data to identify optimization and compliance opportunities
