The Senior Analyst, Workforce Management serves as a key leader within the Workforce Management organization, providing leadership and development for a team of analysts while partnering with resort and enterprise leaders to advance workforce management capabilities. This role is responsible for workforce planning, analytics, labor standards execution, and operational consultation to help leaders make effective workforce decisions that balance guest experience, operational excellence, and financial outcomes. As the organization evolves toward a centralized Center of Excellence model, the Senior Analyst plays a critical leadership role in establishing consistent priorities and advancing the future workforce management operating model.
