The Senior Analyst supports the execution and continuous improvement of Empower’s enterprise data governance and knowledge management program. This role partners with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to implement governance standards, resolve complex data and content issues, and advance governance maturity across structured and unstructured data domains. The position focuses on translating governance frameworks into operational processes, supporting metadata, lineage, data quality, and compliance initiatives, and enabling audit-ready controls.
