The role ensures consistent delivery of HR services, accurate employee data management in Workday, and effective stakeholder coordination. Key responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and offboarding formalities, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll and benefits coordination. The position also involves driving process improvements, ensuring governance and compliance, and providing operational reporting and analytics.
