Fieldguide is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to build the semantic layer, data pipelines, and models for their Insights product used in audit and advisory. This role requires defining canonical metrics, migrating logic into dbt, and ensuring data reliability for API and BI consumption. The engineer will partner with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to design a dimensional warehouse that supports both traditional reporting and emerging AI analytics.
