Senior and Staff Software Engineer

This role involves building the mobile web experience for Dots, creating responsive and accessible interfaces that allow users to manage tasks and guide AI agents from mobile devices or browsers. The position requires designing interaction patterns for asynchronous work and ensuring sophisticated agent capabilities are clear and approachable. Engineers will collaborate with design and product teams to prototype features and work with backend engineers on APIs and client state synchronization. The role focuses on improving responsiveness, performance, and usability across various screen sizes and browsers while owning features from exploration through launch.
