About this role

This role owns the data engine that transforms raw robot demonstrations into clean, labeled training datasets for the company's frontier models. The candidate is responsible for building automated pipelines, defining data ontologies, and managing annotation operations to scale data quality without increasing headcount. Key duties include leveraging vision-language models for trajectory labeling and closing the loop between model evaluations and data collection to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Own the loop from raw trajectories to training-ready datasets
Design and maintain the data ontology for model training
Build automation using vision-language models for trajectory labeling
Scale internal and vendor annotation operations with quality control
Drive metrics on inter-annotator agreement and throughput
