This role focuses on accurately processing invoices, performing three-way matches, and managing vendor data within a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. The ideal candidate will ensure precise financial records while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Perform full cycle accounts payable transactions and invoice processing
Execute three-way match between purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
Review invoices against purchase orders and contracts for compliance
Manage vendor onboarding and update ERP system bank information
Assist with month-end close processes including accruals and reconciliations
