Senior Application Support Engineer – AWS

The role involves supporting a business-critical physical security and access management platform hosted on AWS, including production support, maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting across applications, cloud services, databases, APIs, and security integrations. The position requires daily production support, participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation, and collaboration with business stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure, and security teams. The engineer will monitor application health, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain technical documentation.
