The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert to ensure data fitness for use and communicate complex analytical insights to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Apply machine learning and LLMs to extract clinical information from medical notes
Validate AI-generated datasets for fitness for use in oncology research
Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to define requirements for training datasets
Mentor team members on data science methods and technical topics
Produce custom data outputs and performance analyses for cross-functional teams
