About this role

The Senior Area Applications Manager leads a multisite Applications organization across the Western United States, driving regional business outcomes in quality, delivery, cost, and talent. Reporting to the Director of Applications & Operations, this regional people leader manages a team of managers, executes operating plans, and ensures financial stewardship while serving as a key integration point across service, sales, and commercial functions.

Responsibilities

Lead managers to drive regional business outcomes and talent succession.
Build and execute the regional operating plan with financial oversight.
Serve as the integration point across Service, Sales, and Commercial leaders.
Establish rigorous operating rhythms for performance data and corrective actions.
Manage controllable expenses including travel, overtime, and productivity.
