Senior Art Director

The Senior Art Director at SmartCodes will lead visual strategy and artistic direction for key client accounts and new business pitches, overseeing end‑to‑end visual execution across print, digital, social, video, experiential, and motion media. They will mentor and develop a team of designers and visual artists, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure high‑quality, brand‑consistent creative output while contributing to the agency’s overall creative vision and business growth.
