As a member of the Account Management team at Flexport, the ideal candidate will proactively grow client relationships by implementing innovative solutions for complex global freight forwarding challenges. The role focuses on expanding business in the Asia Pacific region, increasing share of wallet, and collaboratively developing strategies with executive-level stakeholders across international teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and launch new solutions for complex global freight clients
Accelerate growth across the Flexport portfolio including air, ocean, and customs
Partner with destination teams to expand share of wallet for existing accounts
Create alignment with executive-level customer contacts and maintain critical relationships
Proactively educate clients on industry developments and supply chain innovations
