Senior Associate, Administration

The Senior Associate, Administration supports Prudential’s Individual Life Insurance sales organization by coordinating sales activities, meetings, events, reporting, travel, and operational needs to help sales professionals and distribution partners drive profitable growth. This role requires a highly organized and adaptable professional who builds trusted relationships, anticipates needs, and provides consistent support across the sales organization. The position operates in a hybrid work arrangement with two days per week in the office.
