The Senior Associate - AI Enablement Lead is a new role within TIFF’s Technology team, created to help the firm get real value from AI by teaching staff to use approved tools and embedding with teams to build prototypes and automations. The position focuses on enabling AI adoption across the firm, translating business needs into AI opportunities, and ensuring responsible use within data security and compliance requirements. Validated prototypes are handed to the engineering team for production, while the Lead maintains a pipeline of AI initiatives and reports on adoption metrics.
