The Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs leads the strategic vision and execution of Le Moyne College Athletics' external units, including corporate partnerships, ticket operations, marketing, and media relations. This role drives departmental revenue, elevates the fan experience, modernizes digital strategies, and ensures compliance with NCAA regulations while managing staff and community initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee corporate sponsorship agreements and partner relationship management
Develop ticketing strategies to maximize venue capacity and optimize revenue
Direct in-game atmosphere production including music, video, and public address scripts
Manage sport information unit and coordinate content for social media platforms
Serve as a Sport Administrator providing operational guidance to selected athletic programs

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or CommunicationsMaster's degree preferred7+ years of experience in NCAA Division I athletics
