Senior Associate in Deals - Corporate Tax at PwC advising on tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions and private equity transactions. The role sits at the intersection of the Deals and Tax practices and focuses on corporate tax, VAT, payroll and transfer tax issues for (inter)national clients.
