About this role

The Senior Associate Design Engineer is responsible for the engineering and design of Solar Turbine Construction Services products, including structural design for Oil & Gas projects such as gas compression stations. This role involves leading structural design efforts, developing 3D BIM models, and coordinating with cross-functional teams across FEED, procurement, fabrication, and commissioning phases. The position requires extensive experience in structural engineering standards, CAD software, and multidisciplinary BIM coordination within the Oil & Gas or Power Plant sectors.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize structural components for oil and gas projects
Develop and maintain coordinated structural BIM models in Autodesk Revit
Coordinate multidisciplinary models and perform clash detection and resolution
