Senior Associate Executive Reward

As a Senior Associate in the Executive Reward team, you will provide strategic compensation advisory to various corporate functions including boards of directors and remuneration committees for both public and private companies. Your role involves designing incentive plans, managing governance structures, offering tax and implementation advice, and collaborating across a multidisciplinary team to solve complex executive reward issues. The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, and proficiency in both English and Dutch communication.
