The Senior Associate, Investment Advisory oversees a diversified portfolio of complex commercial real estate debt transactions, including whole loans, syndicated loans, and CMBS. This role requires strong expertise in real estate investment fundamentals, independent review of loan agreements and third-party reports, and sound judgment on complex transactions across multiple U.S. markets.
