About this role

The Senior Associate, Offensive Security will conduct penetration testing, adversary simulations, and support red/purple team engagements to identify and validate security weaknesses across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Working within Pfizer’s highly regulated pharmaceutical setting, the role collaborates with detection, remediation, and engineering teams to translate findings into actionable improvements and ensure high‑quality reporting.

Responsibilities

Conduct penetration tests and adversary simulation across environments
Identify, validate, and document security weaknesses with remediation guidance
Support red team and purple team engagements and evaluate defensive controls
Translate offensive findings into actionable improvement items for detection and remediation teams
Develop and improve offensive security tooling, automation, and playbooks
